The biggest decisions facing dentists every day don’t have to do with dental materials or where to place a margin. Yet, when it comes time to book continuing education, the technical aspect of dentistry is where we spend most of our time. In retrospect, we dentists would have benefitted from undergraduate majors in business, marketing, accounting, or even psychology.

Then, when questions like, “What type of practice we want, where do I want to locate it, and will we be insurance dependant?” are presented we would know how to approach it as a business person.

But it’s not too late. Take advantage of one dentist’s journey and her willingness to share her successes and failures.

In this fun and frank course Amy Norman will discuss the biggest decision points of her career and how she built the practice of her dreams.  You and your team will leave the course energized and excited about the future of your practice.

Learning objectives:

  • Learn how to apply business principals to dental practice management.
  • Increase understanding of the balance between logical and emotional decision making.
  • Help the dentist and the team member understand the vital role they each play in practice success.
