Dr. Jouett grew up in Hondo, Texas and graduated from Texas A&M University, Class of 2000. After graduation, he obtained his Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, School of Dentistry. During his time in dental school at San Antonio, Dr. Jouett performed research in the areas of implant dentistry involving the bone-implant interface, implant and bone healing modalities using bone morphogenic proteins, anti-caries activity of carbamide peroxide, and the use of bone morphogenic proteins in healing of pulpal exposures.

Upon graduation from dental school, Dr. Jouett practiced in Flagstaff, Arizona for two years before moving back to his home state. He has practiced in the Brazos Valley since 2006.

Dr Jake Goza received his doctor of dental surgery degree from Louisiana state university health science center in New Orleans in 2007. After graduation he worked two years as an associate in a clinic in Houma, Louisiana. In 2009 he moved to Maryville, TN to become a partner at Crestview Dental.
In 2014, he began his education to treat TMD and facial pain at LVI and that treatment modality has become a huge part of his daily routine. He received his fellowship with LVI in 2019, and being fortunate to bring in an associate to his practice, Dr Goza has been able to focus primarily on treating patients with TMD and facial pain issues. In 2019, he was able to add orthodontics to his practice to give individuals more options on how they can be treated.

Outside of the office, Dr Goza spends his time with his wife Kellie, son Cameron and daughter Ruby. Both kids are active in sports and he is lucky that he has the time to help with their teams.

Dr. Albert Starr graduated from Temple University School of Dentistry in 2009 and immediately joined his father in practice in their hometown of Erie, Pennsylvania. They practiced together for about 5 years before Dr. Starr took over the practice and made it his own. Since its inception in 1977, the practice has always had a philosophy of being technologically advanced and patient-centered. Dr. Starr maintains this philosophy today, with a small team and intimate practice. By doing so, the practice provides individualized and compassionate care in a friendly, modern setting.

Early in his career, Dr. Starr was fortunate to meet some amazing mentors who were instrumental in helping shape his career and introduced him to LVI. He attended his first LVI course in June 2016 and earned his fellowship in November 2018, which is something he is very proud of. He maintains much of his continuing education through LVI and has adapted the curriculum within his practice. Today, his practice focuses mainly on general dentistry with special interest in complex restorative and cosmetic cases. One of his career goals is to inspire and mentor other dentists. As a tenured student, Dr. Starr is now honored to now be part of the IAPA board.

Outside the office, Dr. Starr enjoys spending time with his wife, their two young children and their beloved German Shorthaired Pointer, Remmie. As a family, they enjoy boating and traveling together. Dr. Starr also enjoys spending time outside hunting, fishing, and skiing.
